This will bring out your bubbly side: Specially priced Champagne by the glass & bottle; new Champagne cocktails; and a range of new Happy Hour Bar Bites developed by Chef Stephen Jones – all served in Salut Edina’s spectacular new bar from 3PM weekdays. “Now larger and more comfortable than ever, with new booths, flooring, tables and dramatic light fixtures, the bar really is a show stopper,” says its creator, Phil Roberts. “It’s stylish, but not fancy. Elegant but supremely comfortable.” The perfect setting for a flute of Champagne – or a bottle of beer.
It's not every day that you see a chef collaborating with bartenders to create a cocktail menu. However, at Salut in Edina, Executive Chef Stephen Jones and resident bar guru Roy Szolwinski are taking their menu to the next level with their new culinary-inspired cocktails featuring some of the most unique flavor combinations in old classics as well as their signature cocktails.
Join us in Edina to try some of the chef-driven, precision-crafted cocktails such as the French Fizz, made with Hendricks’s gin, Midori, honeydew-cilantro puree, honey and soda. Classics such as the Old Fashioned have also made the list for the bourbon lovers, presented with bold orange and cherry flavors that enhance the drink experience, yet don’t overwhelm—providing the perfect subtlety to a unique or classic cocktail experience.
From 10 p.m. to midnight on Fridays and Saturdays, guests at Salut in St. Paul enjoy $4 well drinks, $4 tap beers and select wines, with bar snacks starting at just $1, including pommes frites with Béarnaise, pizzas, mini-burgers and a meatball sandwich.
